So yesterday I had my second lesson with Dave at Airplay (Cambridge) this time it was more windy. I always wondered what the dieter's obsession with the bathroom scales was. I have clearly seen too many bad 'Fly on the wall' programmes, the kind that contain about 10 minutes of footage endlessly repeated, chopped up, talked over, and generally rehashed to fill an hour long TV slot.
