Over a year since the cup and monkey moved!

This is woeful chaps and chappesses! I'd go and get it, but the strip where it currently resides is (IMHO) only suitable for the STOLiest of STOL aircraft, and I certainly don't have that. Perhaps Dave could take it to somewhere more accessible or someone with a suitable aircraft could go get it to get the ball back in play? I'm happy to collect from any UK airfield of 400m or longer.

Well, the good news is that PG is now at his new home after rightful chiding by Rick. He has already made a new friend and is happily resting in the control tower after a pleasant flexwing journey into deepest, darkest Wales. The even better news is that his new home has clear approaches at both ends, the owners have never been known to charge landing fees, and usually stump up tea and biscuits.

The bad news is that this strip is, ahem, challenging as it is only 200 metres from hedge to hedge. And those hedges have barbed wire and some big tree stumps hidden in them. If you veer off to one side you'll end up in a river, if you run off to the other side and are lucky enough to miss the rocks you might end up in the living room. So, care is needed.

PM me for details if you want to try it. Just outside Usk. If nobody wants to retrieve him, I could be talked into dropping him at Kemeys, Abergavenney, or Broadmeadow. Perhaps.
