    Books

    Stumbled across the following website with a few useful resources.

    Its US based, but in particular Weight-Shift Control Aircraft Flying handbook looks worth a read to any trainees. Gets reasonable reviews on amazon.com
    Also there is a flight navigator handbook that may or may not be of some use.

    It doesn't cover the UK syllabus but it is well written.
    "Pilot’s Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge" is also worth a read
