    Newbie

    Hi everyone total newbie looking to learn to microlight got a 1hr taster coming up, then hopefully onwards and upwards as they say

    Thanks for the warm welcome, as to weight shift/3 axis, I'm undecided at the moment, guess I'll see how I get on on my 1hr taster flight, I'm also from walsall, west mids, looking forward to booking the flight,

    cool, both have different pro/cons. i started in 3 axis (general aviation) but i prefer the flexwing side of things . 3 axis great for warmth and distance flex like a motorbike in the sky .

    Hi, I agree with what's been written, but flexwings all look the same whereas 3-axis offer variety from this to this to this

    By the way, you'll soon learn to live with the (usually) friendly flex v fixed rivalry... it's all flying and some people even do both.



    Back to just bimbling in the TST.

    No longer instructing - just pontificating.
