    Best place to eat

So, where is the best airfield food?
I mostly fly on Mondays, when almost everything is shut.
But I love it at Fenland if I manage to get there later in the week. Fantastic breakfasts. The sausages are outstanding.
And Old Warden (open 7 days a week) is always brilliant.
Need more options, though - especially for Mondays!
    Are you the farmer?

I'd highly recommend North Weald's Wings Caffe.

    Good shout.
What happened to The Squadron? Is it ever coming back or is the building going to be turned into something else?

Thanks. Worth a try on a late week day.

    Andrewsfield great, too.

Is there any facility on the website to set up an easy-access cafe guide or would that be better off as a stand alone website that airfields themselves can access and update? Or does this already exist?

If you ever come into Caunton in Notts we have a brick clubhouse with a bunk room for visitors who want to stay over and kitchen facilities for your breakfast, the local pub (the Plough) serves great food and superb guinness...

That's been privately run by "North Weald Flight Training" group and it's officially their club house now.
