We`ve only gone and bought a Microlight

    Well
Got a txt from instructor on Sunday night saying there may be a share going in a Skyranger
Gave the guy a ring next day and sure enough, he was looking to set a small group up based at my home field at East Durham
Another student, on similar hours to me and the guy who had found the Skyranger and myself are now all owners of a Skyranger Classic
Just need some fine weather now to fly it up to our base

Congratulations, but until we see photos, it never happened !!
The three most useless things in aviation:
    • The air above you.
    • The runway behind you.
    • The fuel in the bowser.

Rule #1: Always tie your aircraft to the largest heaviest object available. The planet Earth meets these requirements and is readily available in all locations.
Rule #2: The great thing about twin engined aircraft is, if one engine fails, the other engine always has just enough power to get you to the scene of the crash.

Semper specto in clara parte vitae.

Good choice it's a very practical and versatile machine I had a Skyranger for 7 years and many great trips.
Plus of course there is very good spares availability and a wide knowledge base has built up around them

    Enjoy
