Yes Joan, and I can't see how to add or edit an entry now.

Maybe VinceG can throw some light of this.

The instructions are in Vince's original post.
The "stranded-flyer" site doesn't work for me, I keep getting a "location error" message......

I just added my new location to the Google map, so it still works. The information is only visible to forum members who are logged-in.

Do not add any other data. Simply add the following with a pin in the map with your location.

    Your mobile or home number
    Your name
    Your location
    The help that you offer

Can I just say thanks, on behalf of the person you rescue.

The rescue map can be viewed on this site here

Or by navigating via the home button, then the Rescue Map link on the side of the home section.

The three most useless things in aviation:
    • The air above you.
    • The runway behind you.
    • The fuel in the bowser.

Rule #1: Always tie your aircraft to the largest heaviest object available. The planet Earth meets these requirements and is readily available in all locations.
Rule #2: The great thing about twin engined aircraft is, if one engine fails, the other engine always has just enough power to get you to the scene of the crash.

Semper specto in clara parte vitae.

Thanks Gentreau. It must be an iPad problem. I'll try it on my PC.
