    I reckon my Rans S6 with bubble doors and cabin heater would be hard to beat

    Bubble doors eh, I'm not jealous (much)
    Do they distort the phot image to any degree ?

    I'm answering as a photographer rather than someone who has a plane with bubble doors, but my view is that you don't pay several hundred pounds to have a precision made multicoated high definition high contrast lens, then put a piece of plastic in front of it and expect the same results.

    Mike,
    I do agree with you,hence my earlier comment about being able to fly the mighty Rans with the doors open.
    Would be interested to see results of photography take thru the bubble doors.Although I suspect that it can't possibly be practcal thruthe extreme curve and thus you lose the perceived advantage of bubble doors ?
