    912 /912s RAD / HEADER TANK CAP

    COA45074.jpg
Rad / Header tank cap ( the 1.2 bar ) from Skydrive about 55.00
Just bought one from these people
    WWW.MOTORWORKS.CO.UK

They are fitted as standard to the BMW F650 series up to 2000.
Part no required is: COA45074 Price charged was 12.25 + vat = 14.70

    They also sell PLEXUS (7oz can)@ 12.49 + vat and ACF50 (13oz can) @ 11.74 + vat

Even after buying one of each of the above, and with carriage, it still worked out cheaper than buying from Skydrive.
The cap looked identical to the one on my 912s and it worked fine at the weekend for a blast to Nortcoates and back.

are you sure they are rated at 1.2 bar Terry. There's loads available at the lower pressure setting (0.9 bar) but at 1.2 bar I struggled to find many applications other than the earlier BMWs. If they are 1.2 can you get me two for the other lads at our strip.

They changed to 1.2 bar. Not a good idea fit it to a Quantum with the plastic radiator methinks.

Identicle as I said, Made by the same people as im aware and yes they are 1.2.
I will take a photo next time I go to field. remember that the ones Rotax use are bought in for their purpose, they are not made specifically for Rotax.
