Aww.. are there any Thruster taildragger instructors left? I had a vague plan to come to North Weald and do the conversion (when I have my license).

Good luck and happiness in your future endeavours.

Can I have a 'first solo' award, please? Done last September, avatar photo taken immediately after.

    What about ? :
    • Radio
    • Tail dragger
    • 10,000 ft

Oh and you need to have a signature for the awards to be visible...
The three most useless things in aviation:
    • The air above you.
    • The runway behind you.
    • The fuel in the bowser.

Rule #1: Always tie your aircraft to the largest heaviest object available. The planet Earth meets these requirements and is readily available in all locations.
Rule #2: The great thing about twin engined aircraft is, if one engine fails, the other engine always has just enough power to get you to the scene of the crash.

Semper specto in clara parte vitae.

until recently (2017 - could be 2016?) there was a taildragger Thruster at Membury - it didnt survive a ground loop and why i say "until recently" - they keep telling me there are looking at getting a Sherwood Ranger but nothing has come of it since

I would love to get taildragger experience added into my logbook but struggling to know where to go that is still commutable!

Completely forgot radio, my apologies and thanks for the other 3. I haven't flown a tail dragger and haven't been up to 10,000 ft just yet (I'm sure my SkyRanger would happily climb up there if needed). I'll make sure I add a signature so the awards are visible. Many thanks Gentreau.
